Will Smith and Jada Pinkett Smith stepped into Paris as proud parents, coming together to support their son Jaden during a milestone moment in his fashion career.

Jaden, 27, made headlines at Paris Fashion Week with his debut collaboration for Christian Louboutin, marking his first project as the luxury brand’s men’s creative director. The highly anticipated collection is set to arrive in stores in May 2026, cementing Jaden’s growing influence at the intersection of fashion, music, and culture.

According to a source who spoke with PEOPLE, Will and Jada were in great spirits throughout their time in the French capital. The insider shared that the couple spent time driving around Paris and appeared genuinely happy, fully embracing the moment as a family. Their focus, the source added, was on presenting a strong, united front while celebrating Jaden’s achievement and enjoying the excitement of Fashion Week.

Will, 57, and Jada, 54, were photographed together in Paris on January 21 as they attended the Louboutin Capsule Collection by Jaden Smith launch. Married since 1997, the pair share two children, Jaden and Willow, 25. Will is also father to Trey, 33, from his previous marriage to Sheree Zampino.

The Paris appearance marked the first public sighting of Will and Jada together since September, when they were seen having dinner at Nobu in Malibu, California. Around that time, a source noted that Jada planned to celebrate her birthday with Will and their family. Although the couple has been living separately since 2016, insiders have consistently described them as maintaining a close family bond, continuing to work on projects together and remaining connected despite leading independent lives.

Jada previously spoke openly about their separation during a candid interview in 2023. In early 2025, sources close to the couple reiterated that while they have not fully severed ties, they have maintained separate homes for years and are living their own lives while still being legally married.

Professionally, both remain active in their respective careers. Will most recently starred in Bad Boys: Ride or Die and made a surprise appearance in the series finale of Bel-Air, the dramatic reimagining of his iconic television show. Jada’s most recent film role was in 2021’s The Matrix Resurrections.

Their Paris trip ultimately highlighted a shared moment of pride, showing that family support remains central as Jaden reaches new heights on the global fashion stage.
